PHILOSOPHY

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and and hold a Doctorate in  Education. I understand the value of a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore and resolve challenges that are roadblocks to being their best self.   I work with individuals, couples and families from a strength-based approach to pursue healthy choices and  healing connections.

I will work with you to understand how discord with self and others contribute to struggles in achieving personal goals and sense of wellbeing. In partnership, we will focus on accessing your internal strengths, enhancing coping skills, defining methods for self-care, and repairing interpersonal connections.
